(1811) Functional Limitations

OutBoard DataTiering has limitations displayed in the table below:

DTP load	Delta DTP load with offloaded data isn't supported by design
Listcube witch Archive	By design this functionality is not available for ADSO data acquisition layer (ADSO like WODS)
