OutBoard DataTiering with SDA+ release 1811

Outboard DataTiering is a Datavard solution for offloading data from various SAP systems as are SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW4HANA. It also supports solutions based on SAP HANA native. Its primary focus are database systems running on SAP HANA.
The main objective of the solution is to provide data management for SAP HANA to overcome some of SAP HANA’s challenges: high TCO and limited scalability for big data scenarios.

The DataTiering solution enables ongoing control of data growth and reduces operating costs.
