Import the transport request to the central system.
The bug-fix should be used only for the version: 1808.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION
You can't use the wizard with the OData scenario despite that your system fulfills the OData requirements.
ERROR DESCRIPTION
OData requirement check isn't working properly for a system, which stores SP-Level of SAP components in a 10 character format instead of a 4 character format.
SOLUTION
Please import the bug fix transport to the central system.
