BW add-on

1. Added display of query details for InfoProvider in data distribution analyses. It is possible to display all queries and their filters (only relevant InfoObject filters are displayed) that accessed the InfoProvider or selected data partition. 
   
   
2. ADSO InfoProvider type support added.
3. DVD Landscape manager no longer used for scheduling of BW add-on analyses. Analyses are scheduled now purely using CC cockpit.Only thing needed is to chedule profile HMBW_1DAY. 
   1. Recommended scheduling options:
      1. Period: 1 Day 
      2. Retention time: 365 days
   
   Monitoring area 'HMBW' must be assigned to system for which analyses should be executed. 
4. Added support of sorting functionality in data distribution analyses. 
   
5. Access to data distribution analyses results in SAP NetViewer using report "/DVD/HS_CENTRAL_VIEWER". Report is available on central system where data are collected.
   
6. Access to query usage analysis resutls in SAP NetViewer using report "/DVD/HS_CENTRAL_ANA_VIEWER". Report is available on central system where data are collected.

7. Progress logging of data distribution collector. Using SLG1 transaction you can now track progress of data distribution collector during its runtime. Use log object '/DVD/HS' for finding correct log.
