Main View
Overview
This is the default view of Datavard Insights when you run the Fiori application. Here you can observe and monitor the system status of all systems monitored by Datavard Insights.
You can view all systems except for those which are hidden by the administrator based on user permissions or by the user him/herself.
Each system has a tile with necessary information like - Name, Group, System status, KPI Value, KPI UoM and KPI Trend.
System Tile
Each system is displayed as a clickable tile, which navigates you to the second level view called System Detail View.
Each tile provides necessary information for monitoring the system overall status.

Alerts Notification Pop-Up
With the button you can open the list with all recent alerts which were recorded for all systems within the monitoring dashboard. With other buttons you can see succes, warning or error alerts. The small number on the right side of the icon tells you the number of alerts.
The list of alerts shows you the type of alert, name, time and date and system where it occured.
You can navigate to notification detail view.
Refresh - Autorefresh
With the refresh button you can refresh data for all tiles, Alerts Tab and Alerts Notification Pop-up. Autorefresh is running every 5 minutes. When you hover over refresh button, tooltip will show you last time of refresh.
System Detail View
Selecting the system tile navigates you to the second level of the Datavard Insights where you can observe a specific KPI which is assigned to the system or some other analysis.
To navigate back to the Main View, select the button (it becomes red when you hover mouse over it) located in the left corner of the header (the name of the button is last chosen system).
Under the header you can see the tab menu with a possibility to choose from one of the particular categories such as Alerts, Data Management, User Behaviour or System Health.
List of available tiles present in your installation depends on the setting of monitored data. Behind every tile is analysis, you can click on the tile and check it. To know more about analyzes check chapters Data Managment, User Behavior and KPIs (for System Health). Tiles without data are not displayed.

Alerts Tab
The tab Alerts displays you all the alerts, which are currently present in the system, with additional information as is type and the time of alert start and end. Displayed are all alerts that occurred in last 24 hours. At the beginning are displayed alerts where the KPI value is longer above the threshold.
The Comm. (Comments) column in the table provides information about the alert e.g. if the IT support is already working on this alert. The column Type shows, if alerts are closed or open. The column proc. is for Processor who is resolving notifications. If you want to get more details about alert, click on the button, which navigates you to the Monitoring View with the KPI. Analysis Detail View
Selecting the analysis tile navigates you to the third level of the Datavard Insights where you can observe a specific analysis.
To navigate back to the System Detail View, select the button (it becomes red when you hover mouse over it) located in the left corner of the header (the name of the button is last chosen analysis). When you press button you will go straight to the Main View.
