(Glue-2408) Glue scheduler starter

You can use Glue scheduler starter “/DVD/GL_SCHEDULER_START" to start specified schedulers with the streaming execution type. You can find it beneficial to automatically start schedulers after a system restart.

We suggest to schedule this report as a periodic job in the system. The report will then check if the specified schedulers with the streaming execution type are running. If not, it will start them.
