Our customer support is here for you to answer your questions and to help you with any issue you encounter in SNP Glue™.
If you need support with downloading the most recent version of SNP Glue™ or with the setup, let us know by sending an e-mail to product_support@snpgroup.com.
We will contact you promptly and provide you with all the necessary information.
Proceed as follows to open a new incident:
Go to https://me.sap.com/getsupport. If prompted, select a Customer Number.
Click Get Support (Cases, Expert Chat...).
Click Report New Issue.
Fill out the fields. When you select a system, you need to open the system connection and maintain the system data access.
Fill out the rest of the fields that are displayed. Unfortunately, third-party products are not currently in the list, so you will have to choose a different product (this will be changed later).
Click Continue.
