(Glue-2205) Q: How does the solution connect to SAP?

The solution is running directly on the SAP ABAP Netweaver stack. Connections to other storages are managed through Storage Management, which is implemented in ABAP (95%) and Java (5%). Storage Management uses ABAP and SAP authorizations for governance and access control, also a small component called Java Connector to bridge between SAP’s RFC protocol and other technologies. It all depends on the target storage. Such technologies include JDBC / ODBC, REST APIs, and files.
