[BUG] Duplicate records solution for primary key characteristics

When the DAP time characteristic wasn't in Infoproviders primary key, while reloading, it used to dump in case of some duplicate records. Solution is based on secondary indexes, parameters INDEX_SEC_BUILD and WRITER_INDEX_SEC_BUILD have to be set to 'X'.

[BUG] Mass archiving - object addition issue

Object couldn't be added into empty mass archiving group, that was used previously, because of not reseted settings causing conflict in object addition.

[IMP] Select mass archiving group according to Infoprovider

You can open your Mass archiving group by inserting the name of one of group's infoproviders.

[IMP] Initial run variant definition - multiple rows addition

Mass archiving has new button in variant definition, in Initial run settings. This improvement adds selected amount of empty rows.
