New Features

Mass archiving - scheduler - parallel groups

Some archiving objects like CO_ITEM require execution just in one job and in the right sequence due to relative selection (up to Year). Introducing the parallel group function enables the user to execute archiving jobs in parallel and fulfill requirements on archiving objects. Variants are split into multiple groups and each one can be executed in parallel job.

Mass archiving - scheduler - subtask parallelization

Archiving phases like Store, Delete, and Retention management can be executed in parallel for one variant.

Mass archiving - multiple email addresses

You can define multiple email addresses to receive notifications about mass archiving run execution.

Mass archiving - custom-defined variant description

The description for generated variants contains values of selection included in the variant. You can now freely choose which selection/field values the description will contain.

Retention management - migration from old retention management

The last version of new retention management was introduced. A migration report was added that moved all the necessary data to a new solution.
