GLUE Table Fetcher use GLUE table as a data source. For data read provide multiple Delta types and Load types. Also supports filtering on selected data and different read mode(Use cursor).

Creation of GLUE Table Fetcher

Perform steps in Creation of Fetcher object with GLUE Table Fetcher option selected in Component implementation dropdown of step 4.

Activation of GLUE Table Fetcher

After creation, the object is in the saved state.

Mandatory inputs to fill before the activation

  • Glue Table
    • name of the Glue table for data read
    • provided with F4 help
  • Delta type
    • a dropdown menu with all available options
    • for more information see Manage delta
  • Load type
    • default extraction type
    • changeable before each extraction
    • for more information see Load type
  • Use cursor
    • checkbox(check by default)
    • when checked the data will be extracted by packages
    • changeable before each extraction 

Optional inputs before the activation

  • Selection
    • checkbox for each field of the Glue table for which select option will be displayed before the start of extraction
