(GLUE-1905) Where used

From the Initial Screen of Glue Data Dictionary, it is possible to use "Where-used" functionality for specific Glue table (Figure: Glue Dictionary - Where-used). By clicking on "where-used" button, a popup window comes up with all occurrences of Glue table in Glue Extractors and Infoproviders (Figure: Where-used List).

By double-clicking on specific item in the list, the selected extractor/infoprovider is open.
