Import the transport request to the affected system. 

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

For ADSO - Corporate memory, the post-activation Outboard DataTiering enhancement is triggered even though there is no NLS data on the system.

ERROR DESCRIPTION

Activation of load requests for an InfoProvider cannot be processed.

SOLUTION

A new check was implemented into the enhancement. It checks whether an InfoProvider is archived in NLS.
