NEW FEATURES

-NLS partitioning for Sybase IQ storage was implemented
-Load striping for SAP IQ was implemented, what increased the load performance rapidly
-Outboard supports archiving for a field based ADSO 

FIXES BUGS

- ADSO / CompositeProvider - reporting on CompositeProvider containing an archived ADSO is now fully functional
- Activation of loads for field based ADSO fixed
- Deletion of a load works now correctly

IMPROVEMENTS
-Statistic information in the Object browser is now updated for every IP type correctly
-Logs for the whole Outboard now include more specific information
