Customer Support

Our customer support is here for you to answer your questions and to help you with any issue you encounter in SNP Glue™.

If you need support with downloading the most recent version of SNP Glue™ or with the setup, let us know by sending an e-mail to product_support@snpgroup.com.

We will contact you promptly and provide you with all the necessary information.

 

Proceed as follows to open a new incident:

  1. Go to https://me.sap.com/getsupport. If prompted, select a Customer Number.

  2. Click Get Support (Cases, Expert Chat...).

  3. Click Report New Issue.

  4. Fill out the fields. When you select a system, you need to open the system connection and maintain the system data access.

  5. Fill out the rest of the fields that are displayed. Unfortunately, third-party products are not currently in the list, so you will have to choose a different product (this will be changed later).

  6. Click Continue.

    More options are displayed.

  7. Click Create a Case:

  8. Fill out the Detailed Description of the issue and the Steps to Reproduce.

  9. Choose if you want to give your approval for the support to use the steps to reproduce, then click Continue.

  10. If you want to upload any attachments, you can upload them in this step and click Continue.

  11. Fill out the contacts.

  12. After you click Continue, a component is displayed.

  13. Change the component to XX-PART-DVD.

    This restarts the creation of the case.

  14. Check if the information is filled out correctly, then click Continue:

  15. Review all the information, then click Continue several times until you reach the end.

    The correct component XX-PART-DVD is displayed.

  16. Click Submit Case.
