Overview
Selecting a particular system tile and then the Alerts tab directs you to the below displayed window. To check KPI details, click on the navigate icon:
The Fiori Monitoring view with the KPI, which caused the alert, is displayed. The time window starts short before the alert occurrence and ends short after the alert ending.
Date/Time range selection
Here you can select date/time period for the chart and detail tables. All monitoring data in page is displayed only for the selected period. You can choose predefined values (like "Hour" or "Day") or you can set any desired date range through the "Custom" option. If you select for example "Hour" the range is computed and is applied. The only way how to refresh or change this range (for example after 10 minutes you want to view new data) is to press the Refresh button in this section, select another time period or refresh page in your browser.
Actions
In KPI values chart tab are several possibilities how to select the displayed actions. One of them is to click on theAction button.
The second option is to click on any point on the selected chart line and select "Actions".
The third option is to click on one item in a chart legend and then select "Actions"
For some actions you must choose a KPI as a parameter. In case you access action menu from a point of chart or from legend, this KPI parameter is taken from data you clicked.
