(DI-2211) Alert list
An alert is created when the value of a KPI exceeds a threshold or when the KPI behaves in an unusual way (anomaly type of alert). Alerts displays alerts, which are active on the current day (starting after midnight).

- To view alerts in all systems, choose the Alerts tab in the Main view.
- To view alters in a specific system, select any system in the Main view and the Alert tab is by default displayed first in the System detail view.
An alerts table contains the following columns:
- Alert starts at and Closed at
- Server name
- Type - shows, the type of the alert (error, warning, and success)
- Kind (threshold or anomaly)
- Alert description
- Count - displays the number of alert occurrences
- Processor - informs, who is responsible for resolving notifications
- Comment - provides information about the alert, for example, if IT support is already working on the alert
You can change the order of columns with drag and drop, arrange the order of data or filter data using the table menu (see the figure below). The table menu is visible when you click on the table header.

By setting a filter in the table menu, you can adjust which columns are visible:
You can also add alerts from different systems. Click on the header of SID column. Select Filter and add or remove systems from the filter.
Displaying and editing alerts
After you click on a specific alert in a row, the details of the selected alert are displayed.
You can directly edit and save Processor and Comment:
With you fill your login into Processor field.
You can also see the technical details of an alert.
On top of the window are these action buttons:
Event setup
Allows you to set up, change or delete the alert. You can specify either a threshold or an anomaly alert. By the threshold alert, you can specify the minimum or maximum limit for the chosen KPI.
The settings are described below:
Description - description of an alert
Raise - type of an alert (a success, warning, error, or an issue)
Alert when - choose a condition and define the time (in milliseconds) when an alert is raised. See the next figure:
Advanced options
Evaluate alert each - how often do you receive an alert message by a raised alert
Raise alert after - alert is raised, if the threshold condition is valid for the specified time
Close alert after - alert will be closed if the KPI doesn't reach the threshold for the specified time
Set Notifications
In the notification settings you can set how often you want to receive a notification.
KPI chart
Navigates you to a line chart with the KPI values of the alert. This step navigates you to (DI-2211) System Monitoring.
