Bug fixes

Index table was not cleaned up after deletion of failed offloading request.

It was not possible to generate calculation views for tables with field types – TIMESTAMP, SECONDDATE, LONGDATE, TIME, VARBINARY, or BLOB.

Lookups with aggregate functions were not working correctly.

Reload all functionality was reloading only the first request.

Deletion of jobs scheduled by Reload all functionality was not working correctly.

It was possible to delete DataProvider with offloaded data in some cases.

There was no cleanup executed after failed import of DataProvider.

Index table was always created during the import of DataProvider.

Writer statistics were not saved if Writer reloaded the whole offloading request.
