Initial screen – Analysis options

This is the initial screen for analysis configuration. It is possible to Show Analysis or Execute Analysis. To see Analysis specifications click on 'Show Analysis'.

Housekeeping potential – graph

On the upper side of the screen, there is a graph with set tasks. You can see the difference between the total size and potential reduction, each marked by a different color.
Under the graph, there is a list of tasks that are included in the analysis. Column header contains:
1. Tasks – name of executable tasks
2. Group – every task belongs in-group: Basis or Business Warehouse
3. Task settings ID
4. Settings – click on this icon to create new settings for each task or display already created ones.

Task settings

If you want to create a new one, simply type in and submit the new name of your setting. Now fill in Description, Selection Conditions, Status, and 'Save As New Settings'.
The graph is recalculated each time you enter the settings and save them.

Creating new task settings

To display or change already created settings, just choose from the Settings ID list and click on submit.
5. Schedule – to schedule an action, click the button, and on the picture below, you can see a screen with the available options. There are: Settings ID to specify which task you are executing, Job run definition to select the Time, Date, and Period of the next run, and Last job run, to choose the End date and time or Number of runs.
It is possible to Schedule and Unscheduled the run.

Schedule Task

Note: Sometimes the 'Schedule' option is disabled. This happens when inheritance is disconnected from the root node. The root node always defines settings for analysis.
