OutBoard for Housekeeping is a housekeeping and performance optimization solution. It centralizes housekeeping and performance optimization activities into one central access point – the cockpit. These activities are placed in an activity tree and sorted into four topics – Basis, Business Warehouse, ERP, and CRM Tasks.
OutBoard for Housekeeping functionality is accessed using /DVD/ERNA transaction and SAP GUI. Housekeeping cockpit is a framework with task-oriented services – tasks execution (in the foreground, in the background with scheduling), recycle bin with browser, task logging, task monitor, displaying the task status, task technical name info, task documents. They are described later in this document (see the section Housekeeping Tasks) together with particular housekeeping tasks.
