(Glue-2102) Glue queues

Glue queues serve as staging area where data coming from SAP or other sources temporary resides. Data can be consumed from queues by Glue processes (e.g. into Glue tables) or synchronously using HTTP requests.

Reading jobs from queues can be executed in parallel facilitating mass data replication activities.
