(Glue-2011) Custom Extractor 2.0 object

It is possible to create your own (Glue-2011) Fetcher or (Glue-2011) Consumer. There are only two required actions to do so:

1. Create an own class for Fetcher which will use /DVD/GL_EXT2_CL_FETCHER_ABS as a superclass or Consumer which will use /DVD/GL_EXT2_CL_CONSUMER_ABS.
2. Register the newly created class with the report /DVD/GL_EXT2_REG_COMPONENT.
