(2302) Release notes 2302

New features

The new way how to replicate master data – delta replication.

Improvements

Master data replication is not executed if all master data loads since the last replication were empty.

Improved performance in the DataProvider Wizard when switching between screens and tabs.

Writer without index – temporary table names are now created with unique names.

Bug fixes

The locking mechanism was missing for master data replication which could have led to multiple replications of the same InfoObject at the same time.

The repeated deletion phase during the Writer processing was failing if the data was actually deleted during the previous execution.

Queries with excluded values on a field of NUMC data type were failing.

When using offloading variants, it was possible to create a request with an empty offloading condition.

The status of the offloading request had been set to Finished even though the post-processing of the request was still running.

Offloading analysis:

  • In some cases characteristic with the lowest priority was selected as a split characteristic.

  • An exception was displayed if there were some incorrect values for the split characteristic.

  • The column Size was only referring to size in the memory. It now refers to the estimated max. memory size.
