(SP39) Implementation of Lookup interface

To achieve better performance in Lookups, SAP has introduced a new Lookup interface. This interface is available after implementing the SAP Note 1154026. OutBoard can now use this interface and with a combination of "SETS" logic where the user may achieve even better runtimes. 
 Please follow the next steps to switch to the new Lookup logic:

1. Implement the SAP Note 1154026 to enable the new interface
2. Change filtering type in OutBoard settings to "SETS"
3. Change the value of the RSDAI_LOOKUP object in the RSADMIN table to value 3 – the new interface will be used. More information can be found in the SAP Note 1167489.
