Import transport request to the central system.

The transport should be used only for a lower version than 2202.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

In older versions, the JCO Service for JMX Connector uses the obsolete JCO libraries which are not compatible with Java 1.8 and higher. It also does not create any logs into the relevant log file, so it is hard to investigate any issues.

SOLUTION

Please import the transport to the central system. In this transport, there we also deleted all dependencies for the Log4j library, which does not create any logs. Instead of that, it uses its own logging mechanism to write all errors into the relevant log file (to provide additional details about occurred errors).
