(DTERP-2102) Legal Hold via Datavard DataFridge

To put certain archiving sessions under a Legal Hold, it is required to use Datavard DataFridge functionality for creation of Legal Holds. This process is described here:

Note: It is sufficient to run through these steps until the “Copy Metadata“ point (including). Standard Legal Hold procedure copies transparent data and attachments into separate tables and folders, however this is not required in this case. It would prevent standard SAP transactions from displaying archived data, if data archives would move to a different location.

Setting up enhancement point for data aging

If the Legal Hold is created as described above, it is important to create an Enhancement Implementation for Enhancement Spot /DVD/RMX_DEL_BUCKETID_CHECK. DataFridge includes pre-created class /DVD/RMX_SARA_LH_BADI, which adds a special logic for retention evaluation of SARA files.
