ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Getting of stored document's component failed.

ERROR DESCRIPTION

Process of getting new package can generate non unique id, therefore it can happen during parallel load that two different file can get same package id.

SOLUTION

Import bug-fix transport to system and store/migrate affected documents again.

Workaround

If there is not possible to import bugfix transport, you can avoid described issue by executing storing document sequentially (not in parallel jobs).
