(GLUE-1812) Manage Business Object

Choosing 'Manage' option opens a screen, that is accessible only when Business Object is active. This screen shows 2 important ALV grids. In the top one, there is list of extractors and tables for the Business Object tables, date and time of the last extraction and total number of transferred records. For additional management of extractor there are 3 additional buttons:

• "Go To", which leads to transaction /DVD/GL11(Glue Dictionary) with pre-entered target table name of a selected extractor,
• "Troubleshooting", which brings screen with possibilities to adjust or change GLUE objects (this will be part of the future release),
• "Execute", which allows to run extraction of a single extractor, respectivelly its variant.

Double clicking on target table name brings us to transaction /DVD/GL11 with pre-entered table name. Double clicking on extractor opens list of requests in the lower ALV grid. This shows more detailed information about extractions, that have been executed. Both ALV grids contain option to refresh displayed data.
