Datavard Insights has own licensing mechanism therefore you have to have install a valid license before you will start using it. You can request from following license:

If you request license you have to provide following information:
- Datavard Insights Customer ID, if you have already assigned customer ID on other central system. If you don't have it yet, we will generate new one for you.
- Your company name aka Customer Name for your better identification.
- Central System ID (three characters ID of your SAP system) from which you want to monitor other systems. If you want to monitor from more central systems you have to request license for each one of them.
- License Type. You can choose from mentioned one. Enterprise and Premium editions depend on your contract deal.
- Total count of monitored systems which you want to monitor from central instance.
- Count of monitored production systems which you want to monitor from central instance and which have not to be higher than Total count of monitored systems.
- License validity is date for how long you want to monitor from central system.
If you wan to prolong existing installed license then you have to request new license too.
You have to send the request for license to email address support@datavard.com or to your Datavard's associate consultant. You will obtain your license back via e-mail.
