System Analyzes Group Tab
a. Default View
Overview:
This is the default view of Datavard Insights (DI) when the user enters the Fiori application. The user will be primarily concerned with systems status observation and monitoring and setting some additional capabilities for faster and better monitoring. In addition in the background the application retrieve new system errors and notifications when they're exist and provides data for that.
3. All Systems are divided into groups which are maintainable in the Canary Code.
4. Under each group user will see all systems which are located under this group except the systems which are hidden by the administrator based on user permissions or by the user itself.
Each system have a tile with necessary information like - Name, Group, System status, KPI Value, KPI Uom and KPI Trend.
Additional Features and capabilities:
1. The "Customization" button provides the possibility to set additional settings to System Alerts Notification functionality.
2. The "Mute" button help user to fast mute the sound notifications.
5. The "Notification" button open the list with all recent errors which was recorded for all the systems within monitoring dashboard.
6. "Group By" button provide possibility to change the system grouping to current status grouping,
7. "Edit view" button give user the capability to hide unnecessary systems or groups from his monitoring dashboard.
System Tile
Each system is shown as a clickable tile.
Each tile provide the necessary information for monitoring the system overall status.

New Alerts Notification Pop-Up
When the new error will be thrown on one or more systems - user will see the new pop-up come up in the bottom left corner of the page (1) and the sound will be heard which state for new alerts appearances.
The popup will show the system id (2) where the error was noticed. Popup will be closed with 1st iteration with the screen (EX: click on button or in the empty space on a screen).
The dashboard also include customization level for the popup and sound functionality, the information is located below in the chapter "Alerts Notification Customization".
Customization's available:
- Popup could be switched off
- Sound could be muted
- Sound volume could be managable
- There are 8 different sounds from which user could choose 1.
Alerts Notification Pop-Up
User is able to see all error and notifications which appeared in the systems. To do that in the left bottom corner is implemented "Notification button".
By pressing it user will open the error message dialog. All messages are shown as a list. (ascending)
- In the 1st tab all messages are shown.
- All messages are divided by types and accessible by click special tab.
- With "Close" button user could close dialog.
- Message Type and System Name
- Each row will navigate to the message detail view.

- Close dialog.

b. Group By Status View
Overview:
To group systems by their status user need to press the "Group By" button which is located in the footer of the page (1) and choose "System Status" option from the menu. (Pic. below)
The grouping which is now chosen is marked as disabled.
The user will be navigated on similar view where all systems will be grouped by statuses, starting with systems which have "Error" status that time (2) will be grouped under "Error" group.
To navigate back user may choose same navigation from "Group By" button with "System Group" option.
c. Edit view
Overview:
To enable the customization level user need to press the "Edit View" button which is located in the footer of the page. (Pic. below)

The new look of the page appears with additional elements.
(1) "Add/Hide group" button will give user the ability to add or hide groups from the initial view.
(2) "Show/Hide Systems" button will give user the ability to show or hide systems from the initial view.
(3) "Cancel" button will close the customization view and navigate user to the initial view.
In the customization level the tiles functionality is locked.
Show / Hide Groups
"Add/Hide group" button pressing event lead to open the new dialog with selecting groups functionality.
(1) To find fast group in the list user can use the "Search field". It will give the user scope of the systems which contains the input from "Search field".
(2) To hide group user needs to uncheck the checkbox. To show group user needs to check the checkbox.
(3) "Ok" button will reads all changes that was made and applies it to the view.
"Cancel" button will close the dialog.
Show / Hide Systems
Same functionality is implemented for the "Show/Hide Systems", button pressing event lead to open the new dialog with selecting systems functionality.
(1) To find fast system in the list user can use the "Search field". It will give the user scope of the systems which contains the input from "Search field".
(2) To hide system user needs to uncheck the checkbox. To show system user needs to check the checkbox.
(3) "Ok" button will reads all changes that was made and applies it to the view.
"Cancel" button will close the dialog.
System Detail view
Pressing on the System Tile leads user to the 2nd level of the cockpit where user is able to investigate specific KPI which is assigned to the system.
To be able to navigate "Back" to the system selection page view in the header located the "System Selection" button.
Under the header user will see the tab-menu with possibility to choose the correct scope for investigation like "ALERTS", "DATA MANAGEMENT" or "SYSTEM HEALTH".
Alerts Tab
1st Tab give user the scope of all alerts which exist in the system at the moment with information like type, when alerts have been raised and when closed.
In the same time Comments column in the table provide alert's related information from the Canary Code e.g. if the support is already working on this error.
Type give user information which alerts are closed or open.
