New features

AMDP scripts are now searched for lookups during the Impact analysis.

It is now possible to generate VirtualProviders with custom names.

Queries containing filters on the InfoObject 0INFOPROV are now automatically adjusted during the Object adjustment.

Double-click on the line with lookup in the Wizard will move you to the source code (works with reports, classes, and AMDP scripts).
