(DI-2302) KPI Collector for Transports
KPI collector for CTS - transports: /DVD/MON_CL_COL_CTS.
The collector collects counts of imported transport requests.
KPIs created for such purposes are:

| CTS_AGE_OLDESTRQ | The oldest request in the queue |
| CTS_COUNT_REQNM | Number of requests not moving in the queue |
| CTS_RC0000A | Number of imported transports |
| CTS_RC0008 | Number of transports that returned with value RC8 |
| CTS_RC0008A | Number of transports that returned with value RC8 and above |
| CTS_RC0012A | Number of transports that returned with value RC12 and above |
Collector contains 2 detail tables:

Detail table /DVD/MON_S_CTS_BACKLOG
Collects information about request and time in which it was not processed from the beginning of processing till present timestamp in minutes.
Detail table /DVD/MON_S_CTS_DETAILS
This detail table contains all the important information about imported transport requests, that count will be included in KPIs.
