(DI-2211) Licensing

CrystalBridge® Monitoring has its own licensing mechanism. You need to install a valid license on the central system before you start any monitoring. CrystalBridge® Monitoring provides the following license types.

To request a new CrystalBridge® Monitoring license, you need to send a request to an email address product_support@snpgroup.com or to your associated consultant with the following details:

  1. Customer ID - CrystalBridge® Monitoring Customer ID.

    1. If you have already generated a customer ID on any other central system, you might find this ID when you Display installed license.

    2. If you didn’t request any license before, the new CrystalBridge® Monitoring Customer ID will be generated

  2. Customer Name - Company name for better identification.

  3. System ID - System ID of your central system (three characters ID) from which you want to monitor another system(s).

    1. If you want to use more central systems, you have to request a new license for each system separately

  4. License Type - One of the above-mentioned License types (Enterprise and Premium editions depend on your contract deal).

  5. Total count of monitored systems - Number of all SAP systems to be monitored (central + all satellite SAP systems)

  6. Count of monitored production systems - Number of all SAP systems marked as production. This number can not be higher than the Total count of monitored systems.

  7. License validity date - Date until the license is valid. When this date is exceeded, the license is marked as expired.
