(DI-2205) CrystalBridge® Monitoring KPI display fails with Problem: Not enough memory resources are available - Message no. /DVD/JSC001

When trying to display a custom-sized grid you may get this error in rare cases:

It is suspected the error occurs when operating system resources are low on the CrystalBridge® Monitoring application server.

In a recent case, there was no information in the SAP work process trace file, but a trace in ST01 showed:

As a workaround, please execute transaction /DVD/MON_INIT. This will initialize the setup for the current user and then try to display the KPI charts again.

If the error still occurs, please open a ticket with all the details and access to the system.
