CrystalBridge® Monitoring can be deployed only to SAP system which fulfills the following prerequisites:

SPS stands for Support Package Stacks. SP stands for Support Package.

  • Prerequisites for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and 7.01

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.00 (SPS25 and higher)

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.01 (SPS10 and higher)

  • Prerequisites for SAP NetWeaver 7.02, 7.03, and 7.31

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.02 (SPS07 and higher)

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.03 (SPS01 and higher)

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.31 (SPS01 and higher)

  • Prerequisites for SAP NetWeaver 7.40 and higher

    • SAP NetWeaver 7.40 (SPS08 and higher)

Additional requirements for CrystalBridge® Monitoring

  • Enough Disk Space within the database to store monitoring data. The amount of data depends on the number of monitored systems and the customizing.

    • Due to the compressed format, the storage volume is small.

  • Free Work processes for batch processing and free RFC resources

  • Free memory for the collection of data which is typically small

  • Memory to run a dialog transaction /DVD/MON

  • Dialog user in the central system and RFC User in the monitored systems

  • RFC resources from the central system to the monitored systems (for remote monitoring)
