(DI-2205) Collector for compliance profile parameters check

The collector for compliance profile parameters check is named: /DVD/MON_GRC_CL_COL_PARAM
It collects KPIs profile parameters check. The KPIs are defined via KPI definition and input table /DVD/MON_GRC_I1.
Input table /DVD/MON_GRC_I1 sets extended KPI definition with the following fields:

EXPECTED VALUEValue of the profile parameter

The collector provides also detailed output in the detail table for relevant KPIs. The detail table is called: GRC Unexpected profile parameter values - /DVD/MON_GRC_D1 with the following fields:
