You can deactivate the SNP Glue™ table from Data Dictionary.

To deactivate the SNP Glue™ table:

  1. Open the Data Dictionary. In the initial screen, enter the name of an active table and click Display.
  2.  Click Deactivate and confirm.

The deactivation influences the SNP Glue™ table based on its type:

  • Deactivate a table created through SNP Glue™ Data Dictionary
    • For the SNP Glue™ table created on transparent storage, the table in the external storage is deleted and all extractors with their variants, Extractor 2.0, and Queue objects are deactivated.
    • For the SNP Glue™ table created on binary storage, all extractors with their variants, Extractor 2.0, and Queue objects are deactivated. All the created files remain in the storage.
  • Deactivate a table created from an external table
    • Both table and data in an external storage remain unchanged. All extractors and their variants, Extractor 2.0, and Queue objects are deactivated.
  • Deactivate a table generated as a part of SNP Glue™ Business object
    • In this case only the table in the external storage is deleted. Extractor and variant generated for this table are not deactivated. Extractor 2.0 and Queue objects are deactivated.
  • Deactivate a table generated by Delta merge
    • In this case, only the table in the external storage is deleted.
