You can execute the data extraction from the Variant screen. Use Schedule (in the background) button to do so. Afterward, the popup comes up.
You can trigger the data transfer immediately by clicking on the"Immediate" button or you can schedule a job execution for a specific date and time using Date/Time button. It is also possible to condition the job execution to the existing job or event – After job resp. After event buttons, so that it is executed after the job/event is finished.
Execute variant data transfer job periodically
Transfer job can be also scheduled relatedly by clicking on Period Values button and specifying the Period Values.
After the job settings are configured and saved, it is then executed.
Press Display jobs to see the job overview and information like status, logs, and other additional information.
After the job is finished successfully, the data was transferred into external storage.
