- On top of a chart is the KPI's description. The unit of the KPI is displayed after this KPI description at the top in brackets.
- The X-axis represents a timeline and the Y-axis represents measured values.
A legend is displayed at the bottom of the chart and shows the selected systems or servers of the KPI series. By clicking on the system or server name in the legend, you can hide or display the KPI series for the particular system or server.
Tip If you don't see a legend in a chart, you should check the displaying settings of legends. To display the legend, go to the Settings > User settings. Then, select Charts and mark Display legend in charts.
- The measured KPI is displayed according to the number of systems or for a servers you marked in System landscape:
- If you marked one system or server, then the KPI is displayed as a single line/series.
- If you selected more than one system or server, then the KPI is displayed as several colored lines, which represent the individual systems or servers. In the legend, you can view which colored series is associated with which system or server.
You may choose the number of KPIs displayed in separate charts per page
- You may choose among these options in the Grid layout: 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4.
- The number of KPIs belonging to one group is displayed in the field KPI count (In our example there are 9 KPIs)
- You can switch between pages using the red marked buttons found in the top left corner.

Limits for displaying data
Note |
---|
The amount of data loaded and displayed in charts on a page has limits. The limits aren't determined by application server resources but by resources (mostly memory) on the fronted PC. In general, it shouldn't cause an error to display 16 KPIs (grid 4x4) with data from 1 system and all its servers for a 1 month time period. |
In the case the amount of data reaches its limits, the charts aren't refreshed and the following pop-up appears.
Pop-up when charts are frozen
- If you click Less data, the system refreshes the screen and displays only one KPI chart (grid 1x1) for selected systems and the time period.
- If you click Same data, the system tries to refresh the screen with the existing selection. If the refresh with same data leads again to screen freeze, then the pop-up is displayed again.
