Wizard is displayed automatically with the first execution of Datavard Insights, till setup is completed. You can access it also by going to Goto→ Startup Wizard. Wizard will walk you through all required settings. If any erroneous behavior occurs while using a wizardWizard, you can set Insights manually as described in the chapter (DI-2005) OData and Fiori Manual Setup.
