Main view

This is the default view of Datavard Insights Fiori application. The Fiori application enables you to observe and monitor the system status of all systems monitored by Datavard Insights.

You can view all systems except for those, which are hidden by the administrator based on user permissions or by the user him/herself. Each system is displayed as a tile.

System alerts can be found in the second level of SAP Fiori, under the chapter (DI-2005) System Detail View.


System tile

Each tile provides necessary information for monitoring the system overall status.

(1) System Description - defines the system name.

(2) System Type

(3) System Status - which may be as shown in the figure:

(5) KPI Value + Unit

(6) KPI Description

Each system tile navigates you to the second level view called System detail view.

Alerts notification pop-up

To display a list of all recent alerts, which were recorded for all systems within the monitoring dashboard, click .
The buttons display success, warning or error alerts. The small number on the right side of the icon informs you about the number of alerts. 

After you select on one of these buttons, you can view a list of alerts. This list displays the type, time and date, name of the alert and the system on which it occurred.


You can navigate with the right arrow to the detail view of an alert notification. For more information about alerts, please see Displaying and editing alert.

Refresh and Auto-refresh

Refreshupdates all tiles and all alerts information.

Auto-refresh is running by default every 5 minutes. When you hover the mouse over Refresh, a tool tip displays the time of the last refresh.
