The bug-fix should be used only for the versions 1811 and 1808.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The BW collector is running too long. Straggler analysis is quite time demanding and therefore it would be beneficial to have an option to disable it.
SOLUTION
Please import the bug fix transport to the central system and all satellite systems.
