Web intelligence testing tests web-based reporting analyses (i.e. last level of reporting) created using SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence software. Each analysis is executed using web browser and after successful execution data are downloaded into the system for comparison.

Restrictions

Datavard Validate frontend testing does not support execution of a reports with user-defined initial filters. It is currently not possible to fill these kind of filters.  User should choose for testing only reports which can be fully displayed without any need of manual input. In exceptional situation user can set time to delay execution and set input manualy (see Front End Settings).

Web intelligence reports must display all data of tab on the screen for Validate to find them. Any type of paging is not supported.
