(DI-1808) Collector for BW - Javastack events

The collector for BW - Javastack events is named: /DVD/MON_BW_CL_COL_JAVAST_EVT
It collects KPIs about javastack events. The KPIs are defined via KPI definition and input table /DVD/MON_BWJVNDD, which sets extended KPI definition with following fields:
