(DI-1808) Monitoring Scenario Definition

When setting up Insights Core to monitor the system landscape, start by adding systems to the monitoring pool and the setting up the monitoring profiles.

Once the profiles have been created, they can be assigned to each system and the monitoring can be started. The first run of the Insights Monitor will have an empty monitoring system pool.
