(OH-1808) Custom Task Editor

OutBoard Housekeeping offers a possibility to create and use customer specific tasks. These can be defined in Custom Task Editor available in the top menu under "Edit".

In the Custom Task Editor, it is possible to:

Create new custom task: this can be created for a customer program or SAP standard program that is available in the central or satellite system.
Change or delete a selected custom task.
Display the logs relevant to Custom tasks (in both Display and Edit modes).

To add the new custom task successfully the below fields are required:
Task group Select a group from drop down list (Basis, Business Warehouse, CRM System tasks and ERP system tasks). Under the selected group the new custom task will be visible in both the activity and system views.
Task name Name for the task.
Report ABAP program name underlying the task.

Other fields required are on the detailed screen:

Description (EN)	English description of the custom task.
Description (DE)	German description of the custom task.
Documentation	Documentation for the custom task, which will be available for user on activity as well as system view.
Include Logs	A drop down list with the following possibilities can be selected: Job messages, Standard list and No logs.
Use Settings	Check box; when selected, settings are available for the task.
Use RecycleBin	If checked, this task is specific. In this case it is intended for cleaning customer-defined objects with 1 header and at least 1 line table. Adds possibility to store deleted data to RecycleBin for specified retention time and, if required, to reload them back to original tables. More details are in RecycleBin chapter (see page ).
Check availability	Button next to Report name ; after pressing this button, a cross system check will be performed and result will be displayed in the list with system name and status of the report on this system.
