(SM-2511) Optimized CSV Parser

In the Kyano Storage Management (/DVD/SM_SETUP) transaction settings, the Use optimized CSV parser option allows you to enable or disable the optimized CSV parser. The higher the volume of data being processed, the greater the expected performance improvement. By default, the Use optimized CSV parser option is turned off.
