Bug fixes

Offloading of ADSO Data Marts was failing on duplicate records.

Translated lookups were failing for some storages if the selected fields were not in the result data structure or in the source table.

It was not possible to generate offloading variants for fiscal offloading characteristics.

Incorrect repair of offload copy phase if all finished subrequests were successful, but there were still some unexecuted subrequests left.

It was not possible to adjust a CompositeProvider if the original InfoProvider contained an unused InfoObject.
