(OH-2302) View Modes
Once the systems have been added into SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping using the Landscape Editor.
There are 2 views available to the User:

Activity view
In the Activity View on the left side, the user can navigate through SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping Housekeeping Tasks, use the Activity functions (on the right), which can be defined either on the group and/ or individual levels within the system landscape hierarchy.

- In the Activity view, the user may have the options to: Turn Inheritance on/off Execute OutBoard Housekeeping Housekeeping activity
- Create/ Display Modify and Delete Settings ID
- Schedule when Activity should be executed
- View Activity Logs
Note: The user may use these functions on group and individual system levels, within the system landscape hierarchy.

System View
In the System view, there is a switch, so the user may navigate through the various hierarchy levels of the system landscape (defined in Landscape Editor). Should the user click on a group level , a summary of the systems within the group will be displayed on the right, giving the status, running tasks, scheduled jobs, recycle bin size, total saved space It includes information on total saved space and relative saved space in % calculated as followed: saved space=1-compressed space uncompressed space. 100% and canary flag (if CanaryCode product is configured to collaborate with SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping) for each system.

Should the user click on an individual system level , on the right-hand side the SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping, Housekeeping Activities tasks for the system will be displayed.

On the System Level, the user may have the options to:

View/ Restore/delete, entries are removed from the system and are temporarily stored in Recycle Bin before deletion. | |

System availability can be recognized by the icons next to the system name:
Central system | |
Satellite available system | |
Locked system | |
Unavailable system | |
Scheduled Lock | |
Invalid SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping installation |
In case a single system is unavailable, it is possible to check it by right-clicking on the unavailable system. A message with the current system status will be displayed, and when it is available again, it will also become available within SNP OutBoard™ Housekeeping.
