Transports requests

Transport request need to be imported to central system and to all satellite systems.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Central system is manually locked. Variants created using Outboard Housekeeping setting, and variants for respective standard SAP report that are located on central system are not visible in Task Settings. 

Example:

Following task settings for task 'Table Log Database Management' doesn't include variants from central system.

Execution report of mentioned task is RSTBPDEL, when we check reports variants using transaction SE38 we can see that there are multiple variants that should be displayed also in task settings.

ERROR DESCRIPTION

Task settings showing only variants that are located only on non-locked system, central system is currently locked therefore variants are not displayed. This is not proper behavior because central system is used for storing all transferred variants therefore variants from central system need to be always displayed.

WORKAROUND

If it is possible central system can be unlocked using Landscape editor and issue will disappear.

SOLUTION

Import transport to all satellite and central system.
